We had a great experience with the ultimate deck shop! I used their online quote request on a Sunday, had a phone call from Fraser Monday morning and a quote by Monday evening. Wow! When we picked up our order, the yard helpers were super friendly, fast, and got our load tied down and secured for our 2 Hour drive. We really appreciated that nothing moved around until we got to our final destination. To top it off, we didn’t get a chance to talk to Fraser when we picked up our order, but he did give me a phone call that night to make sure that we had gotten everything and to make sure we knew to call if we had any questions or needed help. Another wow moment! During the build, we were really impressed with how little waste we had with our composite decking. We even had a few boards we could return. I also really appreciated the little tips that Fraser had given us on the railing pieces to keep our costs down. This was our second deck we did using tuds, but the first one where we did the build on our own. We will definitely be using again if we have to redo another deck! Thank you Fraser! Less
