Awesome gym! The coaches and members were extremely welcoming and friendly. The space is also fantastic - very open and lots of room and equipment. I thoroughly enjoyed dropping in during my visit to Oklahoma City. I highly recommend this gym to anyone ranging from new to very experienced in CrossFit.

I have been at this gym for a few years. Writing this review is bitter sweet. I am leaving to take a new job out of state, but I will miss this gym like family; they are like family to me. The coaches are humble and have a heart for people. The owners are the same way, and they are coaches as well btw. I came in sort of new to CrossFit, and never felt pushed or looked over.This place built my confidence while allowing me to be myself. I wasn't happy in Oklahoma, but CrossFit 405 is a gem (get it?). Being around young professionals and seeing the way they live is part of what led me to take the leap and look for other options out of state.Come here and give it time; you'll feel the love! I just can't say enough positive things about them.

This is the most welcoming place you can imagine. I am no impressive specimen from an athletic perspective, and gyms (particularly CrossFit boxes) can be intimidating. CrossFit 405 is incredibly welcoming—not just the owners and staff, but honestly all of the other members as well. They have fostered an environment that I really like spending time in—not a bad idea for a gym.

I’ve been doing CrossFit for about 7 months, and this is the first time I’ve visited a different gym. Evan was a great coach. He provided feedback on my HSPU which was great and allowed me to stay more stable and controlled. I’ll certainly drop in again when visiting for business.

I started CrossFit about 3 months ago and this is the first time I have dropped in to another gym. I was a bit anxious about it. The folks at CrossFit 405 made me feel welcome from the minute I walked in the door. The WOD was great, the people were great and the coach was awesome. Highly recommend CrossFit 405
