I’ve been very impressed with the medical care I’ve received! Other GPs dismissed my symptoms and I felt frustrated. It’s been a relief to be able to dig deeper and get to the root of my issues and find a way to address them! It’s been about 5 months and i am feeling more and more like myself.

I don't feel like I am going to the Doctors when I get on my zoom appointment with her-she is a friend that cares about women's health. I could easily talk to her about thoughts and feelings to help her better care for me. I initially went to her because I was waking up at 2:30am every night and not able to go back to sleep, 30 lbs weight gain in a short period of time, pms symptoms, and no energy. All of those things within a short amount of time were back to normal-sleeping through the night, energy, and less pms symptoms-still working on the weight. Never thought I"ll find something that would help in my weight loss journey. With age, losing weight became almost impossible, despite having to go to gym 4 to 5 times daily. The scale was showing a different result, since having a consult with health plus hormones remotely at my own convenience, weight has been dropping, clothes feels lose and I have more energy than I've ever had. I still enjoy the foods I love and still lose the weight. I strongly recommend health plus hormones if you are like me.
