Highly recommend Kubo! The sushi was outstanding we had the fierce tiger roll, Kimichi roll and Godzilla role. My husband and I throughly enjoyed the sushi, out door dining space and Leo our server was excellent and very accommodating ! We will definitely be back to this hidden gem! Less

Rating: Cannot live without Kubo It's a wow every time. Soothes my homesickness for Japan; chef is a top-level creator full of heart right down to his homemade dashi broth. His passion about every aspect of his food shows in the layering of beautiful flavors and it somehow touches my soul. When we stop by before a rush and get to chat with him; his passion is so contagious it makes me work harder at my own creative pursuits; you just don't come across many people like this.
