Heard about physiocare through friends, and said I’d give it a shot after other physios didn’t help my issue I was having with my lower back, and no real answer to what the issue is. The scanners Darren use and his knowledge of everything helped understand the issue and his other treatments along with the rehab exercises to do were very good and something I haven’t had from other physios. I Was able to return to my sport pain free after the first session.Would recommend highly 👍

Came to PhysiCare with lower back pain after a rear-end car accident. I’ve been to other practitioners with no solutions and barely any relief. Under treatment from Darren I’ve seen some massive improvements with just 3/4 sessions. I’m back in the gym walking and standing without much trouble. Darren was able to tell me a lot more than the multiple doctors i have been dealing with the past few months, i felt instant results after my first session with him. I met Darren today for my first treatment. Very calm and relaxed approach to what my needs were. Had dry needling done and some adjustment. Home now approx 4 hours and feeling alot less stiff and optomistic to return to training with confidence whilst adhearing to the rehab plan prescribed. Plantar fasciatis for almost a year stopped me running. Had 4 sessions of treatment with Darren. After first session pain was almost gone but crept back. Decided after 4th session pain was as good as it will ever be. A month after last treatment I'm pain free and back running although taking it easy to be cautious. Delighted.

My wife found Physicare Therapy online and booked me an appointment with Darren.I had suffered for many years with lower back and hip pain due to years of poor lifting and manual labour.To be honest I had tried everything to ease the pain in my back, doctor appointments,CT scans, pain medication and physio appointments. Nothing worked, so I spent my days with a constant dul pain in my lower back, I just gave up trying to fix it.I had started skiing 4 years ago and as much fun as it was I struggled to enjoy it as the pain in my back was so severe, I spent much of the holiday complaining about the pain and when I skied I spent most of my day falling as my back and hips were so weak.I didn't want to struggle through another holiday so I booked in with Darren about 6 weeks before my holiday this March.The change in my pain levels dropped after my first session and proceeded to improve week after week, my holiday this year was completely different no pain and a full week skiing.Thanks to Darren and the team for all the help over the last few months. I received treatment from Darren at Physicare for shoulder pain and had a very positive experience.
