This is a great gym. Really helped me with accountability through community and simplifying workouts that were already set when I showed up to exercise. If you want to really get in physical shape I would highly recommend Regenerate!

I have been going to Regenerate for 5 months now and I have loved every minute. It is undoubtedly challenging, but also motivating and encouraging when the coach is constantly cheering you on. I have worked out at other gyms and not felt as encouraged and capable as I do at Regenerate. I am so glad I chose to work out here.

Amazing place to workout. Great positive environment. They also work with all levels, even if you haven’t worked out before they modify so you’re still getting a good workout in. I can’t recommend this gym enough. Adam and his wife and beautiful family are great people. Best part is no one makes you feel unwanted.

The best and only gym you’ll ever need in Brenham Texas! Ladies don’t be intimidated. I’ve been coming for 2 months now. Not only is Adam is a thoughtful and caring instructor that will customize the class workouts so they will work for your current fitness level, but also the people who come work out are so encouraging and kind. My family is in the process of moving to Brenham. I called Regenerate looking for a gym that would be able to accommodate my daughter to train for her CrossFit competition for a few hours a day for the month. To my surprise the owner, Adam called me back and we were able to make arrangements. Our first day at this gym was amazing. Adam was there to greet us and make us feel right at home. We met all the other athletes shortly after and they all are very kind and welcoming to us. We spent this entire month doing extra training along with joining in on their class workouts (WODs). Interacting with everyone really felt like home to us. There are a few gyms to choose from in Brenham and this one felt like we belong. Thank you Adam for trusting us and inviting us to spend time with you and your family. It truly was a great welcome to Brenham meeting y’all.

great gym, program, coach and friend. Adam, the owner, is awesome at what he does and the other members are welcoming and friendly. My son (who hates sports) actually LOVES going and we enjoy our workouts together. Highly recommend!
