Angel and Kayla do a great job running this place. the gym is clean and the environment is great for the whole family. I have my kids enrolled, some of them need to toughen up, and some of them need to tone it down, and Angel coaches each one of them with individual care and attention that helps them all grow in the ways they need. Everyone here is friendly and willing to help you out if you do not understand something, i.e. a move, the way to commit the techniques, etc., and it pushes you to perform your best. The biggest takeaway from this class is it teaches you not only self defense, but the will to keep fighting and perservere through anything. Traits you can take with you in everyday life, whether thay be your education, your workplace, or anywhere else you are at. Coach Angel has been an Amazing!!! My daughter has always been so shy, and he has helped her to build self confidence and be less shy.
