Great class. Teaches you everything you need to know before you start an exercise. Encourages you to concentrate on form as to prevent injury while also helping you push your intensity. On top of all that David always has a great attitude.

Love the routine of coming to this gym! This was my first place trying CrossFit and the coach and members were so welcoming. I’m in the area for a short time and the community is very welcoming. The free week was super helpful to get used to the gym and the pricing afterwards was great! Full Throttle is an amazing gym to not only get certified training, level 1 and 2 CrossFit trained coaching, but also great programming and a SUPER great FAMILY!!!!
