So Milton came through and damaged my fence and destroyed my gate. My neighbor called to let me know that her neighbor’s fence was being repaired. I quickly went to meet Aaron who immediately came to my house. He assessed the damage and said he could complete the repairs by this evening. Which he did!!!! Unbelievable!!! ASAP put in a beautiful black aluminum picket fence to create a backyard dog park and excercise area at my home. The team did a great job, and the fence looks like a million bucks and added beauty to my backyard. They also did a beautiful wooden fence around my raised patio that matches my pergola. All pvc fence is not made the same!.. 3 years ago I bought my fence from this company. I am a fence novice. During the pandemic they were the only one that could get beige fencing in town which my hoa requires. We bought from them and spent around 8k. Hurricane Ian hit after that and took out four 8 foot high sections. I had clarity fence come out and repair and the sections. Asap didn’t even return my phone call. What I learned was they only had aluminum going up I foot above ground inside of the post. Clarity fence repairs the section that was down and used aluminum inside the pvc that went all the way to the top of the post. Fast forward to hurricane Milton and guess what.. the only 8ft posts that are standing are the repairs sections from the first hurricane. I will add photos of both sections. I would not recommend this company to anyone . I will have to go over my options too see what I can do to fix this. I realize this was a cat 3 but why did my repaired sections remain intact?. This is how shady this company is. If you look down the reviews we just came across a review of our fence that was from Erika cellupica. This is our fence but not us. How many other reviews are fake? Just got a response from the owner.. let me go over the points they made.. 1st- they said I was informed about the 1ft beams. I was not and was never given any info about the shortage. 2nd- this is absolutely my fence and this is a fake review. No matter what you say this is not real. Whoever you had do the review for you. I wa actually pressured by this company to write a review. I declined. So they decided to write a fake review. Less
