Had a vinyl fence and double door gate installed 2 years ago. We have had problems with the gates ever since. They slip out of alignment. They hit each other when closing. The company has come out and adjusted and cut the gates 3-4 times. They now want to charge $650. to replace the doors!! They claim to offer a lifetime warranty. When I tell them that they need to replace/repair at no charge, they say I have to contact a manager. I’ve tried to but now they don’t return my calls or texts. Yes ASAP came out today to finish a job and install locks on my Gates I have a single gate and a double gate which were installed yesterday they were very courteous quickly responded to my needs my fences were destroyed during the hurricane and it was important to protect my property and ASAP did an excellent job they look beautiful very strong they did the original install and the fencing around my property whether the storm without any problems the gates were down due to some huge oak trees that fell I highly recommend them they are very prompt courteous and excellent work thank you very much ASAP appreciate everything sincerely.. Had a vinyl privacy fence installed in 2020. After first wind storm had to have them come back to straighten the fence, they didn’t put concrete in the post holes. When they straightened the post guy used 1/2 bag of concrete per hole. Now I’m finding out that the post are only 2 feet in the ground. I would not even want them to come back and fix it for free. Unfortunately I was in Ohio when they originally installed it. They wasn’t even going to use concrete when they straightened it till I said something about it. NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM Less
