On our call to schedule service, Charlie explained what was covered and quoted a price. For the appointment, it was scheduled promptly. Today, before his arrival, Charlie contacted us and asked if he could come a little early. We said yes. Upon arrival, Charlie was polite and professional. He gave us a detailed report on the status of our air conditioner's health. It passed with flying colors. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We have had 2 experiences with Charlie. 1 My mother (85years old) had another company come out & check on her AC- they told her she needed to replace the entire unit for over $8000.00- Charlie came out and reconnected the thermostat with a small service fee & she is all set.
