So glad I found these guys! They were so kind, helpful and professional, and the price was the best I found for my bedroom laminate.They managed to fit me in within a week, which meant I could finally buy my bed frame and stop sleeping on the floor!I’d initially approached a large, well-known flooring company and was met with quite a rude response, so I decided to contact some smaller local flooring companies instead.These guys stood out straight away for both their excellent customer service and price. We can't thank Jonny and the team enough for the amazing job they've done on our carpets. Jonny was so helpful throughout, sourcing an exact carpet we had fallen in love with. He advised us on how we could make sure the carpets looked the same, despite having a harder-wearing version of the same carpet on the stairs. He even came out and delivered a sample of the underlay so we knew what height to cut our doors to before the carpets were put down - so we're really grateful for the most incredible customer service. The fitters have done a fantastic job and Jonny was also able to order all of the carpet and hold onto half while we finished our renovation for the second part of the installation. We'll always use Clever Carpets from now on! Thanks!

The team were flawless from start to finish. They came over with samples to show at no charge for our downstairs flooring, and then fit the LVT the following week. A few months later we got them back to do our upstairs carpet and the customer service was outstanding again.The floors look incredible and we are really happy with the results. Can't knock the level of customer service and workmanship!
