Cameron and Brad and their team are exceptional on the work they do and have excellent attention to detail. The spring clean-up was an exceptionally big job as we had not had a good clean up for 3 years and there was a lot of weed growth and perennials that needed dividing and replanted. They did not blaze through and rip out too much and artfully rearranged plants as needed and laid the mulch. They were good about pointing out things in and around the house that need our attention with the help of other contractors that we had forgotten or did not notice. The team were on time, all were identifiable in a bright orange branded shirt and they worked throughout the day. I was so happy now that I will have them come back for as needed bed weeding, contracted already for fall leaf and gutter clean up and snow removal. As I noted above, you over promised and under delivered; however, the main issue is that your business isn't equipped nor does it have the skillset to accomplish the outdoor services as promised. Thus, extreme caution should be exercised in retaining your company for any work, should someone else make the unfortunate decision to do so. You indicated you could perform a job, and you did not deliver. Moreover, your very rude and hostile demeanor over the phone was absolutely incredulous. As per your contract, you did not complete weeding of the driveway, you did not complete trimming, and didn't even have the ladder to do the, you did not do the caulking, which was the main reason for your hire, and under no circumstance was there any agreement made with you in this regard, as this was one of the main reasons for hire. The claim that you weren't told of the issues is appalling. Numerous people talked to you about the weeding, trimming, and cracks.
