I had Rejuran Healer, Potenza and Botox done the same day. Their numbing cream was really strong that my Potenza pain was a 2 out of 10. Rejuran Healer was painful as expected. For me it was a 7 out of 10 but still doable.Everything was very organized and straight forward. I enjoyed the care everyone provided.

Wonderful experience at dermaster! I was researching skincare treatments in Seoul and the algorithm got me. But this one worked out really well! The whole experience was smooth end to end: from making the appointment to the follow-ups to the consult to procedure. These treatments don't feel good in the moment but are very beneficial to your skin. I'm sold. I'll def be back! Thank you to the whole team. One tip of advice that confused me: they are located in the building that has a bank on the first floor. Just take the elevator that's hidden right to the right after you walk in through the door from the parking lot.

I love coming here for all my skincare treatments. It’s super clean, everyone is nice and professional, and they have great monthly promotions. My favorite nurse here is chanjoo, she’s soo sweet and so meticulous and thorough with all the treatments. She’s only there on Wednesday though, so I would suggest booking your appt for then :)

100% the best lip filler experience!! I waited a few days before writing this review to see how the filler would settle, since the shape can feel a bit stiff right after, and wow... my lips are SO amazing. I love them so much!!!! The staff were extremely kind and really listened to exactly the shape I wanted. I've been searching for the right place to get a cherry lip style, but everywhere else tends to do a more "American-style" filler, which I wasn't interested in. I'm so glad I found a place that can achieve the look I wanted perfectly! You can truly tell they want you to get the results you're looking for based on how attentive they are. Honestly, I want to gatekeep them because of how amazing this place is!!!

I’ve been to several medical spas in both Korea and the U.S., and to be honest, many of the ones I visited in the U.S. were quite disappointing compared to Korea—especially in terms of service, treatment quality, and pricing. However, this place was one of the few that met the level I experienced in Korea. The staff are all very friendly and took the time to clearly explain what my skin currently needs, recommending treatments accordingly. I also really appreciated that they were honest about what I didn’t need and were willing to advise against certain treatments, which made me trust them even more. I had been wanting to try the “density” treatment, which is currently very popular in Korea, and I learned that this is one of the few places in LA that offers it. That gave me even more confidence in their services. I’ve visited four times so far, and I plan to keep coming back. This will likely be my go-to clinic in LA.

I had such an amazing experience at Dermaster and couldn’t recommend them more highly. I went in for Potenza with PDRN followed by the RE20 injection, and from start to finish everything exceeded my expectations.Christine did an incredible job walking me through the procedures and explaining the different products in a way that was clear, thorough, and easy to understand.Most importantly, Nurse Surin was absolutely exceptional. This was my first time ever getting Potenza and an injection, and I was definitely nervous, but she made the entire experience so comfortable. She constantly checked in with me, made sure I was okay every step of the way, and executed everything so professionally and smoothly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I trust her wholeheartedly and truly cannot recommend her enough.On top of that, the space itself is beautiful—very clean, modern, and upscale, which made the whole experience feel even more luxurious.Overall, an outstanding experience. I’m so glad I came here and will definitely be returning!
