I was visiting my brother in Ohio after driving 7 hours from Virginia, and got a bad coolant leak along the way. This shop went above and beyond in getting me seen on short notice on July 4th weekend, finding the leak, and instead of taking advantage of the situation (being stuck far from home), they went out of their way to give me as much relevant information as possible on how to fix the issue, and didn't charge me anything even though they easily could have when the problem turned out to be more serious than was practical to fix at the moment (for perspective, they took the water pump off and back on without charging me labor). First honest place I have found in many years and they listen to your complaints and try to find best way to fix them. If you have a Lexus or Toyota I highly recommend this place. My first experience with Covenant Automotive and it went very well. The work was an oil change and new brake fluid. From my initial call to completion of the work, Adam was pleasant and thorough in explaining everything, and provided a detailed estimate well in advance. He took extra time to explain the included inspection and showed me the cabin filter that he recommended changing.. He also showed me the underside of the car focusing especially on the braked.
