Experienced Lexus and Toyota technicians. Quality work and good service. I trust them. Update: I made a third visit recently because of rough idling and frequent misfiring. Adam identified the need for ignition coils and immediately ordered them from a local parts supplier. While waiting for the parts, he did a thorough inspection and queued up a list of maintenance items I should consider over the next year or two. I was thoroughly impressed as I heard him speak with a couple other customers on the phone. Courteous and knowledgeable. You can tell he really cares.
