Staff is so friendly and supportive! You can feel comfortable even when you have no idea what you are doing. They even call you out when you miss LOL (but not in a bad way)

Also, There are several classes you can take. I have tried the Body Pump and RPM (cycle) classes and I am hooked!!

I love my gym. If you're looking to join a supportive tribe to help you reach your personal fitness goals, look no further. The classes offer a range from weights to awesome cardio with spin and row, and my favorite Body flow(yoga/Pilates).
