My neighbor had a chairlift installed by Pacific Mobility about five years ago. Everything has worked smoothly for them. Seeing this, when I decided to install a chairlift for myself, I chose Pacific Mobility as well. My own experience is that Brian was very pleasant to meet. He explained everything to me. I did everything I needed to do and when the time came, the installation took less than a day. I have been very pleased with the addition to my home.

Stair chair was making a very loud noise. Excellent tech Kevin replaced worn out rollers. He was very efficient and knowledgeable about the workings of the chair. Very polite and cordial.

We recently worked with Pacific Mobility to have a Bruno stairlift installed at my mother-in-law's home. She is 97 and still lives on her own, but a after a recent fall and a partial hip replacement she was going to need the lift to help her navigate her stairs. We were so happy with the entire team at Pacific Mobility. After just 2 week or being home from hospital/rehab she is very proud that she is able to use the lift on her own with no additional help. Sales team and Installation team were all great. Thank you again, it has allowed her to continue living independently at 97!!
