I totally understand the fear around the COVID pandemic, but if you’re an ENT doctor, you should know that not everyone with a cough has COVID. Extremely disappointed to be turned down as a patient even with negative COVID test results & a CT scan of my sinuses proving an allergy problem. Staff was very dismissive over the phone.

Very impressed with Ventura ENT. Dr. Alavi and his staff are very professional, patient, and compassionate. I have been suffering with sinus congestion and ear problems for many years. I hope my symptoms continue to improve under his care and treatment. Victor, Olga, and the entire team has been very accommodating so far.

I have been having sinus problems for years and finally decided to do something about it. Ventura Ear Nose and Throat (Dr. Alavi) came very highly recommended and I made an appointment. The staff there are very nice and they were able to squeeze me in within a couple of days. I went in for my initial consultation, where Dr Alavi went through a list of possible conditions that could be the cause of my issues. We were able to do a cat scan on sight and determine the best coarse of action. He is a straight shooter and takes the time to answer any questions you might have. Ultimately, we decided that balloon sinuplasty was the best and least invasive technique to correct my condition. The procedure was not nearly as bad as I thought. Initially, when they told me I was going to be awake, I freaked out a little bit. During the procedure, Dr Alavi explained everything he was doing and his assistants were keeping me entertained and cracking jokes. Not a bad ordeal at all. Overall I would give this office a 5/5 for quality of staff, professionalism, cleanliness, responsiveness and outcome of the procedure. This is a first class practice and if you have any sinus issues, I would definitely recommend. Less

What a fantastic experience today. The staff was extremely nice and great customer service. Dr. Alavi was very attentive to my needs and detailed in my visit. He is such a super nice friendly, easy going, Dr and was very easy to talk to. I am relieved to have found a new ENT Dr.

I found Dr. Alavi to be knowledgeable, thorough and very easy to talk to. I have been suffering from ear infections for years. He recommended an in-office procedure. I did a lot of research and discovered that it was a very good and very effective procedure...and a very low invasiveness. I highly recommend Dr. Alavi.

They have to call and find out insurance benefits......as their primary function....not the distress of s new patient.... Never occurred to her to ask if I would pay cash to stop the bleeding. Fine Medical Care Philosophy!
