Bought shift lever and foot pegs. Description said it would fit my bike. Well it didn’t. So now I have eaten a couple hundo in parts to sit in a box. Never again and would not recommend.

I got a great deal on some Dainese riding gear at Motowheels. Shipping was fast and everything arrived well packaged. I would buy from them again.

Parts were nice, but they did send me the wrong color caps. I ordered red and received gold. Not the end of the world.

Purchased a full exhaust system. I was defective. Spent months working to sort it out with the manufacturer. Eventually motowheels stopped responding. I had to call my credit card company to charge it back. Would not shop here again. They sent me an email asking for a review.

I’ve ordered two parts from the website. I was able to get one, but the other was not able to be fulfilled. I called the customer service number and the person on the line was very short and did not take any info about my order and hung up. I then had to send an email to get refunded for the part I couldn’t get.

So back in 1978 my vehicle died in front of my girlfriend’s friends female acquaintances house. So I then walked into this bar across the street with a set of jumper cables. Once I walked into the bar, the bartender saw me then stated “ Hey Sir. The first road is on me as long as you don’t start nothing “. I then sat down and drank my milk with cookies

Motowheels has fallen off in the last year. The customer service is slow, unhelpful and Ducati specialist are apparently all gone because no one seems to know anything. What a shame. Nothing is in stock, the prices are too high in comparison and when you do get to talk to someone they have no idea what they are talking about.
