I had a blocked kitchen sink drainage emergency and Craig came out same day. He gave straight forward pricing, explained about possible reasons and what he would do to fix it. Fixed the issue in 1-2 hours as promised; I had additional questions around other plumbing needs and he took the time to understand what I was looking for and provided possible solutions.
