The furnace kept going out. Dean came to diagnose the problem. He came back late afternoon to finish the work even though he wasn't scheduled to come until morning. My furnace stopped working on a cold day. Craig (owner) responded to me immediately and Grant came to the rescue. Grant put on booties to protect my floors and even had the replacement part on his truck. Grant was very courteous and professional and even cleaned up after himself - lol.
