Had issues with my air con unit due to location and potential issues with the unit. After a few techs could not find enough fixes smarter offered to move the unit to a more reasonable location at their cost. We could not find a location that worked. In the end they found a setting and part that allowed for quieter operation. The unit volume is now minimal. Above average for other units but as we can confirm the location is not ideal with a fence and a wall echoing sound and the heat making the unit work harder.Smarter went above and beyond to find a resolution. They did. The unit otherwise has been amazing had other electricians review their work in the ceiling and have been impressed with their level of polish and pride in work no one will even see.

Great service, cannot fault them! Honestly they were all hardworking and so incredibly polite and respectful. We had ducted AC, Fujitsu, 7 areas done and looks great. They really take pride in there work.

Today I had ducted air-conditioner installed. The team members ( forget the boys names) were very polite, professional and worked non-stop until the job was done. They even wiped down surfaces and vacuumed when done. Ben explained the whole process and made sure I understood how MyAir worked. Would definitely recommend this company.
