Ben was great to deal with our install was a somewhat complex install and other companies said it couldnt be done. we made a plan with Ben and they got it done they also got it installed in a very tight timeframe highly recommend using these guys

Amazing customer service from the initial inspection and quote, all the way to the installation of our new ducted aircon system. The team members over the phone went above and beyond to answer any questions I had (no matter how silly the question was) and had great pricing compared to other companies I received quotes from. I did get told by some team members initially that turning some zones off with this system will save us money on our electricity bills, but found out after the installation that this isn’t necessarily true. I think this information could have been more consistent across the whole team. However, this probably wouldn’t have made any difference in the decision we made choosing them. They were transparent about the add ons and options we could choose with a very detailed and organised looking quote online. They even threw in an extra outlet for us to improve airflow in our house. The installation team were very helpful and genuine, and took the time to answer any questions and show me everything I needed to know, in particular Joseph (I think it was Joey for short). He kept consistent communication with me on the first day over the phone to update me with any changes and ask for my opinion on the positioning of some things, which I thought was very impressive. When they left after completing the work, I felt like I had zero concerns and all my questions had been answered. Highly recommend using this company and thank you to the team for your work!We had Jack visit for a follow up after we had some issues with the airflow but he was able to rectify this. He was very respectful and also answered any questions we had to best utilize the aircon system. Amazing customer service from the team!
