Tried two emails and two calls to arrange a dumpster rental, but never heard back to schedule. Spoke to someone both times and was promised a return call that same day but never received one. I suppose it was lucky they didn't, because when we gave up and called another place, the other place scheduled immediately AND it was cheaper. I won't be trying Mountain State Waste again.

Mediocre at best. When they would collect my trash, if the bag broke when removing from the can they would just leave the trash there for me to deal with. They would not empty my entire trash can, just remove the bags. A year or 2 ago they provided a company trash can as a “courtesy for winter delays”. I cancelled my service with them a couple months ago, and yesterday randomly they reclaimed the trash can given to me with no notice, leaving me without a trash can. I also wasn’t told this would happen. Shady business practices. I have 0 respect for this company.

This review is for the Jane Lew area. The ladies in the office are nice people, the Driver for Lost Creek gives the impression that he DOES NOT like his job and doesn't want to work!! He doesn't take the trash very often, he won't even lift the can of loose debris thats been in there for 8-10 months that stinks. Takes his little pictures like a good little boy, He reminds me of one of them guys thats probably been there for 30 years, Mr. hotshot, thinks he he'll never get fired and just doesn't want to do his job it seems. And here again today our trash was not taken. Fed Up To say the least! I don't like to complain but I've never in my 56 years had a trash company that doesn't take all of the trash or who counts how many bags they will take and this guy just leaves the rest of the bags on the ground. This driver is the absolute worst. Maybe he'll get his badge of honor for sticking to his 3 bag pickup. Maybe we'll have on made for him and leave it outside.

After the snow storm and couple weeks of them not running, I had to change the account information. The first lady took my info got it switched and said I was All Set for the next service say... Didn't pick up! I called and another lady said the account wasn't paid. As if the first phone call didn't happen. I got it paid and the invoice was sent. All Good to Go (again) ... And Again didn't run.. because now apparently it takes over a week for the check to clear!! So I'm looking at 4 weeks of garbage, going to be 5. Hoping the wildlife don't get into it. My trash bin isnt built to hold a year full of trash 😡

Pay for weekly pickup but 3 of my last 5 pickups have been missed. They refuse to credit the account for what was missed. If I had another option I'd use it. Spent 3 days a week every week this last month on the phone trying to deal with this. Absolutely ridiculous, if I pay for a pick up once a week I should get it.

This service company failed to collect our trash EVERY Friday, they did not empty our can in over a month.I had called in twice to make sure the address and location on the drivers gps was correct. Two different ladies said everything was good on their end. After 2 recovery pick ups which leaves your trash at the road ALL week, while trash piled on the porch. I mean I'm nice !! A very nice person but we had to cancel. Good luck yall !

My father had a commercial contract with MSW and when Casellas took over they stated that the dumpster was in an unsafe area. The general manager came and met with us to discuss our needs and was to email us back the next day with a plan. Well no email they just picked up the dumpster and took it. We are under a contract and now no service. What a professional way to run a business. I would never think of using MSW or Casellas. They are unprofessional. Inadequate, and miss a lot of pick ups. Also the most expensive.

I want to express my concern for the lady who staffs our route on Lynn Ave in Weston. I was told today that she had a fall and was hurt. She always does a great job. I hope that she feels better soon. God bless.

We live in a neighborhood not far from Mt Morris. Our usual trash pick up day is Tuesday. A lame excuse for not getting our trash on 12/30 was due to road conditions. Residents had no problems getting in and out of our neighborhood last Tuesday. Today, a week later, when we were told our trash would be picked up, it still remains in our driveways. I called to check and now we’re delayed another day. I asked if we would receive a refund and was told no. I’ve never, in 50+ years of home ownership, experienced such poor excuse for service. They should be ashamed.

I've has this trash service for years. Ive never had any issues with the service. Im in Hundred,Wv an this company comes a long way. I've wrote notes on my trash for the pickup person to get something behind my trash bin an they have gotten it. Can you imagine what places would look like if we didn't have these companies.
