I am absolutely in love with my almond Boucle Loungely swivel chair. I was in the market for a swivel chair and tested so many at different stores to the point that my targeted ads were flooded with them - Loungely being one of the brands that kept popping up.I put an enquiry in (as I did with quite a few companies) and was immediately impressed by the customer service. Honey reached out, sent a text, organised fabric samples quickly, and followed up in a way that felt thoughtful and helpful - never pushy, but exactly right for someone who was genuinely considering a purchase.After receiving the samples, I decided I needed to test the chair in person. The showroom was a bit of a drive, so it took me a couple of weeks to get there. I’d said to my mum, who was visiting from overseas and shopping with me, that I’d know the second I found the chair. And I was right, the moment I saw it and sat in it, I knew. I ordered it that same day.Now that it’s home, I honestly couldn’t be happier. It’s the perfect addition to the room, and I’m actually building my comfort and wellness space around it. Loved the cuddle chair (escape chair) at fist sight. Classy well made furniture item, and perfect for apartments and small spaces. So comfortable,and great for reading or an afternoon napAgree with Tanya regarding the passion that Adam has for this business. We were the other half of the delivery puzzle that Adam solved so we had our chair before Christmas. Honey was also very helpful throughout. Really recommend this Australian business. Great products great service and great people. And also a great warranty.

I bought the Swivel cuddle couch from Loungely and I couldnt be happier with the quality of it. It was delivered safely to my place and it was the perfect addition to my home library. Special shoutout to the exceptional customer service .We ordered this during Christmas and despite having constraints around arranging the transport, we were kept consistently informed of the movements and the conversations were polite and put our mind at ease. Highly recommend this place for excellent quality furnishings and customer service.
