Yay, Loungely!! I bought the Cuddle Swivel Chair & Ottoman (Byron Almond) and I love it so much. Perfect size for me and my two dogs to relax in, and it’s the perfect mix of firm and comfy. Given I’m in a different state I was prepared to wait a while but delivery was speedy and I was regularly updated on when it would arrive. Very happy with my purchase, thank you!

After spending a lot of time searching for the right lounge chair for our theatre/study, I stumbled across Loungely and purchased the Cuddle Swivel Chair & Ottoman in Byron Almond. The ordering process was simple and straightforward , with clear communication about the expected delivery timeframe. Everything arrived right on schedule and was extremely well packaged. The quality and appearance are excellent, and the chair fits the space and style of the room perfectly. It is increidbly comfortable, with a supportive yet cosy feel that makes it ideal for relaxing, reading or settling in to watch TV. The swivel function is smooth, and the matching ottoman adds another level of comfort. It has quickly become a favourite spot in the house.I also recieved a follow up call from Honey after my purchase, which I unfortunately missed, but I really appreciate the personal touch. All in all, it was a great customer experience from beginning to end. I'm very happy that I stumbled across Loungely and would happily recommend them.

Excellent customer service. I emailed the team about a small product issue and they went over and above to help us. Adam did not hesitate to offer help and we were more than happy with the solution he provided.

Very happy with our Loungely Cuddle Chair so far. It makes for the perfect place to relax, read and stretch out. Adam was fantastic to deal with answered all our questions. Being able to visit the showroom, meet Adam and try out the Cuddle Chair definitely helped us make the decision to go with Loungely.

Adam and the team at Loungely provided excellent personalised service when buying the cuddle swivel chair. I was able to understand how the colour would work in my own lighting from the free sample fabric patches sent out. The cuddle chair is super comfy and big - can be used as a snuggle chair for two! Very happy with it!
