We are enjoying our very own Loungely cuddle swivel chairs. We got two of them. Chairs: We got the boucle almond fabric with the ottomans. They are good quality and we got them at a good price. I like that you get it as a set with the ottoman too, rather than having to work out which ottoman matches the chair and the pricing. They are soft, plush, spacious and very comfortable. Be careful because they are so comfy you might end up falling asleep in them! Surprisingly they are also very lightweight that I could manoeuvre them around the room without my husband’s help when working out the design layout. On the flip side, because it is very lightweight, I did notice it can tilt when coming off the chair. Perhaps the swivel base could’ve been made bigger to avoid this? That said I am still happy very happy with my purchase. Customer service/delivery: Adam was an absolute delight to deal with. His personable approach to calling me and updating me about the delivery status and explaining the process was really appreciated. Delivery service was great too. They delivered them into the house and needed to take them upstairs but they did this with ease and without any damage to chairs/house.They fit fine through our standard single door.
