I have a Black Series HQ21 I love this camper. It gets used a lot in the summers. Recently my gauges quit working and I just ignored it. Then and a trip way out there the black tank filled up way too soon. I was stumped and when I got back I called the dealer. He said I needed to replace both tanks with new gauges. Dealer explained all the work needed to be done and I just about died. 4700 bucks?!?!??! I started looking up other solutions and came across Tidy Tanks. I drove to C Springs and rented a spot that the owner, Dan Diotte, had found for me. He showed up a little early on Sat morning. Got right to work and 3 hours later told me he was done. I checked it out disbelieving, but it was true. All my gauges worked as I filled the tanks with clean water to check it out. Dan took even more time to explain to me how important it was to power clean the holding tanks with special equipment. He provided me with the right product to keep my tanks working like new.
