Dan came out on the same day I called for service. He is prompt and very professional. I really didn't know what to expect because this is my first camper trailer. I used Dan’s service in Colorado Springs on my 25’ bumper pull. Dan made quick work of my gray and black tank which had never been cleaned on my rig. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and taught me how to avoid the dreaded “faulty sensors”!

We purchased a used RV to live in full-time in May. It’s been a challenge to combat smells and to get the tanks to fully dump. Our sensors were reading full all the time, even after dumping. I texted Dan who called me back immediately, advised he had time the next day and would be over at 9am. He showed up and got right to work. As the tanks were being clean he talked with me about tank health and the problems with using chemical solutions. All three tanks are clean. We also purchased the recommended probiotic to put in the tank which eliminates smells. I’m very impressed with the service and his assistance. It was prompt, professional, and educational. Highly recommend this service and will be using Tidy Tanks annually moving forward. Thank you so much Dan!
