We had an amazing first lesson with Emily at Tried & True this afternoon. My 6 year-old is over the moon with everything he learned! He even slept in his new Gi tonight! 😂 Can’t wait for the next lesson!

My kids love it! We are so glad to have such a great place in our neighbourhood. Coach Emily and coach Brad are kind and patient and really know how to keep the kids engaged. Looking forward to heading into competing in the future!
