Our first contact with Underfoot was a small patch job where we had removed a short room divider. Cory took the time and was absolutely magical in matching the thin piece of berber. We told him we planned to recarpet etc. within 6 months. After his patch we knew Underfoot was the company we wanted to do our entire project. Ela, Cory’s wife and co-owner made the process stress-free. She ordered the carpet and LVT and scheduled their installers and Miracle Movers so we could accomplish completion of carpet and LVT installation in two days. Daryl & Cheve of Underfoot installed the new carpet and LVT in our house. They arrived on time, were polite, courteous and meticulous in their installation process. They were very careful of walls, doorways etc. and there were absolutely no scuffs or damage. They finished on time and did not leave a mess. They also offered to answer any questions in the future we might have. Ela and Cory and crew are gems to work with and their prices are competitive. The project ended perfectly, with great workmanship, slightly under budget and us knowing we hired the right company.
