Booking was quick and easy. They sent reminders and info prior to date. Delivery drivers did call when they were on our way. Set up was quick and easy. They came on time to remove unit. I just wish we could have actually used the bounce house. We had to deflate it about an hour after set up because a storm came in. Which isnt the company's fault. would have been nice if they had reached out regarding that.
