Only day 2 for my son. He is on the autism spectrum and has ADHD. He absolutely loves it. Both times he has come home saying his body “feels better and has more clarity”. My son is coming home with confidence and is excited to go back. I truly believe this will be good for him

A wonderful place to learn BJJ, our whole family is involved and we love the atmosphere and support we get from all the other students and staff. Would recommend to anyone looking to start or continue their practice!

My girls love Jiu-Jitsu. I am impressed with the coaches for their patience and their ability to inspire the students. I have seen so much growth in the time we have been there.

I enrolled my boys about four days ago, but so far the kids LOVE it and I’m positive that they’ll get better and better as time comes... But I would definitely recommend Gracie Barra Saddle Rock Jiu Jitsu
