CJ, the owner and his assistant came out on Tuesday morning to diagnosis why my heat pump was not warming my house and the thermostat did go pass 54 degrees. He replaced my heat strip, and the part has a 5yr warranty. My house is now up to 68 degrees, as you all know the outside temps have been in the teens at night. Booker Heating and AC, are my go to service for my HVAC system. Thanks guys for prompt response and same day service!👍🏽
