Mr. Booker was pleasant in his interactions, timely in his service, and most of all his service is affordable. I experienced a thermostat issue and he was able to explain things in a sense that anyone without an HVAC understanding can understand. I highly recommend his services! To top it off, upon entering my home, he voluntarily removed his shoes. Very thoughtful! I will be using his services for all of my HVAC needs.

My unit went out on Wednesday, 02/07/24. I placed a call to one of the largest companies in VA to come and check out my unit and received an appointment on 02/08/24. The company arrived and gave me a quote to repair and several quotes to replace my HVAC. I reached out to Booker Heating & Air and CJ was amazing. We talked about what was going on I sent him some info by text and email and set an appointment for Friday, 02/09/24. CJ was very professional, provided excellent service and fixed my unit way below what I was quoted from the other company, and the problem was not what the well-known company had quoted. Thanks for your professionalism and just being honest about everything CJ. I will definitely be using Booker Heating & Air again if needed in the future.
