My experience with Heavenly Washers Detailing was 5 stars from start to finish! Communication was excellent, pricing was fair, the quality of the detail was phenomenal and Geo was extremely polite and professional in all of our interactions. I saw Geo detailing a car in my neighborhood and was impressed with his work, so I sent him a message. Within the hour he had responded to my message, communicated the available packages and set a realistic timeline for when he could get me an appointment. Within a couple of days, we'd agreed on a wash and wax package for 2 cars. His pricing was extremely transparent and fair, and he had us scheduled for service within 5 days of first contact! The day of service Geo proactively communicated his arrival time so that I could prepare. When he arrived I was immediately impressed with his knowledge, professional and politeness. I let him know that I work from home and had a number of meetings throughout the day, so he messaged me to let me know when each vehicle was ready and ready for my review. He was patient and understanding of the fact that I could not immediately come down. All of these factors made for an excellent customer service experience! Geo's detailing work was absolutely amazing. He took his time with the cars, and was extremely diligent in his work. And the results showed that! Both SUVs that he detailed were filthy after months outside in the Florida sun and rain. But after he was done they looked like they had just come off the showroom floor! Without being asked he spent extra time buffing a scuff mark out of one of them that I didn't think could be removed, and he didn't ask for any additional money for doing so. I genuinely didn't think both SUVs could look this good. Geo takes pride in his work, and it absolutely shows in the final product. When the detail was completed, he excitedly explained some of the areas he had paid special attention to (like the scuff he removed), and took a few pictures and videos because of how happy he was with how the cars came out. Geo is genuinely passionate about and proud of his work, which is a refreshing change of pace in today's world. When it came time to pay, I handed over what we agreed to and he expressed his sincere gratitude for our supporting his business. There was no negotiation, no hidden fees and no guilt tripping for additional money. He honored the pricing we had agreed to.
