I took the TNCC Instructor course with Joseph in Spring 2025. Top notch. Have also had him and his team deliver the TNCC provider course to nurses in our organization. He is an excellent subject matter expert, keeps lectures engaging and entertaining while diving deep on the core concepts that matter. Balances preparing students for ENA testing while also genuinely learning how to care for trauma patients in the real world.

Took the TNCC with Joseph and Courtney. I couldn’t recommend them more. These two had a wealth of knowledge / experience, and were very efficient at presenting educational material while holding everyone’s attention. Although some of us were pulling sleepless marathons due to the constraints of work, these two were very understanding, flexible, personable, and easygoing. These are the traits that are rare to come by in combination in a good instructor, but not these two. They simplify the trauma nursing process and any other pertinent nursing topic.
