My son‘s confidence really improved over the course of this karate program. After participating for a few months, he was willing to participate in hands on sports like basketball and navigate peers a lot more seamlessly. They have many class times making it easy to fit into the schedule too. I love that the classes are all in an open area and instructors are wonderful.

My daughter loves her classes at 360 Defense Martial Arts. The coach is awesome with the kids and they involve an impressive amount of skills and equipment.

My son has been attending this martial arts class since he was 4 years old, and now at 8 he still absolutely loves it. He has learned so much about discipline, confidence, and respect over the years. The instructors are amazing with the kids, patient, encouraging, and truly dedicated to helping them grow.For any parent looking for a great activity for their child. I highly recommend this program. The environment is incredibly uplifting and positive, making it a great place for kids to build confidence, learn new skills, and have fun!
