We had a wonderful experience at 360 Defense Martial Arts! From the beginning, it was clear that they created a very welcoming and positive atmosphere for the kids. The instructors took the time to work with each child and made sure that no one felt left out.What I really appreciated was that the classes weren’t just about giving instructions and expecting the kids to follow along. They incorporated fun games and activities that reinforced the skills they were learning, which made the experience both educational and enjoyable. My granddaughter looked forward to going, and I loved seeing her learn, participate, and have fun at the same time.The instructors were patient, encouraging, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure every child felt included. I would definitely recommend 360 Defense Martial Arts to other families looking for a place where their children can learn, build confidence, and have fun while doing it.

I’ve been training at 360 for almost 4 years, and what started as a way to stay fit has become so much more. I really enjoy the class because it's challenging for people at all different levels of fitness, and appreciate that the instructor corrects my form. I also like that the workout is efficient; whole body in a short amount of time. Classes are offered at a a variety of times, which I can fit into my very busy life.

The coaches are incredibly supportive. Very wholesome and fulfilling experience. My son‘s confidence really improved over the course of this karate program. After participating for a few months, he was willing to participate in hands on sports like basketball and navigate peers a lot more seamlessly. They have many class times making it easy to fit into the schedule too. I love that the classes are all in an open area and instructors are wonderful.

My son has been attending this martial arts class since he was 4 years old, and now at 8 he still absolutely loves it. He has learned so much about discipline, confidence, and respect over the years. The instructors are amazing with the kids, patient, encouraging, and truly dedicated to helping them grow.For any parent looking for a great activity for their child. I highly recommend this program. I've been training at 360 Defense Middletown for two years now. When I first began seeking a program, I chose 360 Middletown because of the community. The instructors are welcoming, and members are always kind and know how to have fun! Kayla is understanding and finds ways to give back to the community, such as donating proceeds from a seminar to local domestic violence shelters. They also march in Middletown Pride every year and are one of the most inclusive gyms I've been to.AND I know the training works! A big reason I started training was commuting and working in NYC by myself a few days a week, and I was prepared when someone tried to grab my bag. I felt strong and knew I could defend myself if I needed. I could not thank 360 Middletown enough for that.

This school is simply incredible! The classes are an incredible workout while still being so much fun. I was never someone who thought martial arts would be for them, but going to 360 every night was the highlight of my day for over two years. I did both the adult jiu jitsu and adult krav programs, and both did so much to improve my confidence in myself and what my body is capable of achieving. The community is so open and welcoming, and everyone is just there to have a great time and learn together. I met so many amazing individuals through the program and can not recommend 360 enough.

360 Defense is an absolutely wonderful martial arts school. All of the instructors are so kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming. It's apparent from the start that they want to see you succeed. The other students are incredibly friendly, and the environment as a whole is inclusive and warm. You are guaranteed to leave class feeling better than when you came in, and the self confidence you gain through your training is unmatched. I highly encourage anyone who is thinking of starting or continuing their martial arts journey to join.

Great studio! Kayla is an extremely knowledgeable instructor who creates a positive, inclusive environment for all. The other members you train along with are very supportive and want to help you improve while also meeting you where you're at. You will over time be able to develop the skills to react if a real life situation were to occur where you need to defend yourself, which is a skill everyone can benefit from, even if you must get out of your comfort zone first!
