I've been training at 360 Defense Middletown for two years now. When I first began seeking a program, I chose 360 Middletown because of the community. The instructors are welcoming, and members are always kind and know how to have fun! Kayla is understanding and finds ways to give back to the community, such as donating proceeds from a seminar to local domestic violence shelters. They also march in Middletown Pride every year and are one of the most inclusive gyms I've been to.AND I know the training works! A big reason I started training was commuting and working in NYC by myself a few days a week, and I was prepared when someone tried to grab my bag. I felt strong and knew I could defend myself if I needed. I could not thank 360 Middletown enough for that.

Nothing but love for Kayla and her 360 Team! My daughter loved her friend's birthday party and attending Buddy Week at 360!She's now enrolled and about to finish her first year. She even hosted her own birthday party at 360!Thanks for everything!Paul
