Fit Theorem - Harlem

I was rehabbing multiple injuries, and then joined FitTheorem a little over a month ago. In a short time, the trainers/instructors/classes have helped "coalesce" my rehab, while improving strength, conditioning, and technique.Great vibes with both the trainers and other participants. The trainers are very attentive and knowledgeable. I've been taking mostly kettlebell + conditioning and kickboxing classes. I would love to join their regular running club as well, but I'm at work at that time. But there's a running route near me.Trainers/instructors/coaches (idk which title's right) are active during classes, correcting participants' forms, giving tips, and pushing us for progress. There were even a few things I noticed only because I'm an overthinker, small decisions that massively targeted trouble areas - thank you. Shout out to all the trainers, who I won't use their government on a Google review, but ya'll know who you are - Thank you, you all deserve raises for your amazing work.
