Floor Inspirations was a pleasure to work with. The owners are helpful, friendly, and offered excellent customer service from our first time meeting through project completion. They oversaw installation and checked in frequently to ensure quality workmanship. I highly recommend!

10 out of 10. Doug and Zohra were the absolute best to work with. We just finished a home remodel project in the memorial area, where we purchased all of our flooring from them. They helped make the process go smoothly and delivered on all levels. Highly recommend.

I searched all over Houston for the perfect flooring—I'm not exaggerating when I say I visited around 18 different flooring stores before finally finding this place. They had exactly what I was looking for, something I hadn't seen anywhere else which was the perfect neutral wood like porcelain tile. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Doug helped me every step of the way and made the entire process easy. I initially purchased a large amount of flooring, and as my project progressed, I had to come back several times for more. Each visit was just as smooth as the first. Whether I picked up the flooring myself or had it delivered, everything was handled without any issues. If you're deciding between a family-owned business and a big-box store, I highly recommend giving this place your business. They truly care about their customers, and it shows.

We had an outstanding experience with Floor Inspirations from start to finish. Before the project even began, they provided great planning, detailed quotes, and helpful pictures so we knew exactly what to expect. They completely remodeled our kitchen, replaced the kitchen flooring, and upgraded our master bathroom by making the shower much bigger with beautiful new tile. They also remodeled all of our other bathrooms, and every space turned out even better than we imagined. The entire team was professional, organized, and communicated with us throughout every step of the project. Their project planning, attention to detail, and quality craftsmanship made the whole process smooth and stress-free.We are extremely happy with the results and highly recommend Flooring Inspirations to anyone looking for quality remodeling and flooring work. Thank you for transforming our home

Great people!!!

Doug and his crew are amazing! Extremely knowledgeable and very communicative throughout the entire process. Very fair price and upfront about all costs. We will be using them again for other projects in our new home.

Excellent work by Pablo and his team. In just 3 days they were done with demo and installation.
