I came into FI because they rep Karndean LVT. The owners and showroom staff were very accomodating with borrowing or ordering samples to help make my selection. The installers worked hard to get my full house installation done in 2.5 days. FI was not inexpensive but they earned my trust with their good business ethics and having good products and people.
