My experience at Arizona Facial Plastics was awesome, and I wanted to share it. I walked in, and the receptionist was very friendly she got me checked in right away. Before I knew it, I was being called back by the Aesthetician who answered any questions or concerns that I had. The first thing they do is get a before photo. Then, this high-quality camera took a 180° picture of my face. It shows you all the toxins, sun damage, texture, and even tells you how old your skin is and more. It was very sophisticated. We talked about each image before the actual facial. All I remember during my facial was talking to her, and then I was done. She told me I fell asleep, and I am a little embarrassed to say I was even snoring. I felt great, and my skin looked amazing. I know she did a great job. I will definitely go back for another one. Then I got some botox from Dr. Magee and she is amazing and very knowledgeable about the product. She told me what to expect before, during, and after the procedure. It was quick and didn't hurt as much as I thought it would. It was almost painless. I am looking forward to my follow-up appointment. Long story short, he made my nose and my breathing worse than before. I had deviated septum internally, but my nose was straight. After this procedure, my nose is now deviated internally and externally. Very noticable. Very bad experience and the doctor neglected my worries and concerns and always blamed it on my anatomy as it was like this originally, which is not true because in my before photos my nose was straight. My CAT scans are also a proof that he messed up big time. After going back and forth with many complications I was having, not knowing what photos he these photos were dated for, he started examining (my after photos thinking they were my before photos) he basically admitted and pointed out at surgery flaws and everything he was supposed to do (did not do). Later, when I told him these were my after pics and you just proved my point, he was in disbelief and blamed it on the staff, he got passive aggressive and demanded the staff to get him my before photos. I have bad complications from filler and dissolver under my eye from this location. Went back several times, they would take pics and gaslight me saying they don't see what I see. Also did not like that the consultation was with a salesperson who tries to upsell products instead of talking to the injector. Beyond disappointed I have to live with this result.

Why she wouldn't have set me up with the person who does the Bellafill is a mystery. I was asked nothing about what it was like after the procedure (I'm told by other injectors that you should expect swelling which I did not). The business manager told me she would get back to me the next day but of course she did not. I finally called two days later and she told me the injector said that I would not benefit by any more Bellafill and essentially they were washing their hands of my situation. I paid $3000 for a procedure which has had no results at all and I seriously question that the product that was injected was even the Bellafill product. Very poor conduct by the owner as well as unprofessional in having me seen by a business manager. What a joke! Less

Anais gave me an incredible hydrofacial and advalight treatment leaving my skin immediately looking and feeling more smooth refreshed. She's super gentle and talks you through anything that might cause discomfort or a surprise sensation.

First time visit. Thoroughly enjoyed the hydrafacial with Anais. I wasn't sure what to expect. She walked me through every step of the process. It was so relaxing. During the consultation, I told her about 3 small bumps that had been bothering me for years. She was able to remove them with the lamprobe. It's been a week, and they have healed nicely. I'll definitely be back.
