Militia fitness is a fantastic gym! I never bought into functional fitness until MF. Alex and his team made it accessible and fun. They preach the importance of fitness while recognizing it as just a piece of the wellness puzzle. Thanks to MF I saw and felt my fitness increase drastically. Man! It was great coming back to town and being greeted by Jordan and all the friendly staff at Milita. On top of that, the programming and coaches are top notch! I've trained at crossfit gyms all over the world, from Philippines to Arazona, and none of them can offer what Milita Fitness can.

High fives fly around in this place so you better keep your head up. Then there is the board which let's you know what your in for. There is different programs to satisfy your different goals. The quality of the workouts are fantastic. Each class you have a efficient warmup followed by a grueling workout followed by a great mobility exercise. This place has got me thinking about training all day, and by 3 o'clock I start getting excited because it is t-minus 1 hour until I board the gain train. Less

Large facility. I was only able to get one day in. People I encountered were friendly and motivating. Thank you to the weightlifting group who allowed me to work in between them.

Absolutely love Militia Fitness! If you want a family atmosphere this is the place to go. Camp Miles in Crestview is my home box and Coach Schiff is an excellent trainer. He really goes out of his way to help you reach the goals you have set in place. Make gainz everyday no matter what level you are at you will work that body one way or another.

We have always been active, work too much but never a regular exercise program. NEVER in my life would I have expected to look forward to a WOD (workout of the day). We start with a brief pre WOD warm up to get our muscles loose and ready, then a review of our particular skills for the WOD. High 5 our partner set up, 10 second countdown and time to do the best we can regardless of limitations. Everyone there is like family and we all support and motivate each other. Coach Robbie knows our strengths and weaknesses and how to appropriately scale each workout. I use a band for my pull ups, swing a 35 pound kettle bell, my box jumps are not 20 inches yet but I am up to 17.5 inches of stacked plates. Mad Russians, dead lifts, front squats and my favorite-burpees. We do it all and have never felt better. The workouts are amazing. The coaches know each of us so well and this just helps us to push ourselves without injury. My husband had hip replacement surgery in February. 2 days in the hospital and up and walking without assistance 10 days after surgery. He was back to regular walking for exercise and returned to CrossFit Santos this summer. We stepped out of our comfort zone box into CrossFit Santos box. Love Crossfit Fort Walton Beach I could never go back to a conventional gym with treadmills and weight machines. Crossfit Fort Walton trainers are knowledgeable and kind. The people who go are friendly and helpful as well.

The best gym and definitely one you will not find just anywhere. This gym has the best programming tailored to your specific goals. This is not your typical gym. "A diamond in the rough" is to say the least.
