There was a lot to be done on a pretty tight schedule starting right before the Christmas holidays, but they delivered as promised. Not only did they give the house more “curb appeal” they also made the process very low stress for me. They handled most of the complexity of the renovation, the disposal of stuff I no longer wanted, the inspections, escrow, everything. They also provided great advice on pricing and timing, etc. The house sold quickly after the renovation was complete, and the RR team lived up to their promises. Renovation Realty paid for it all up front, with no payments or interest to me.No wondering if the contractor will show up to complete the work – since they don’t get paid until it’s all finished and you sell or refinance, they’re as invested as you are to get the work done in a timely manner.If you sell, they stage and list the home and conduct the open houses, getting a commission on the sale. If you stay, they take a lower “commission” since they aren’t doing the work of listing and showing the home.The upshot--we listed on Friday at the high end of their original estimate, had an open house on Saturday, had two all-cash, no-appraisal offers by Sunday, and closed above list price with a two-week escrow.Does the quick sale mean we left money on the table? My condo sold for more than the median price/SF of 61 condos sold from 2022 through 2025. Of the last 9 sales in the community besides mine, mine was higher than all but 2 sold in 2024 and one sold after mine which is completely detached and had a remodeled bath, which I didn’t do.There's a reason they have an A+ rating on BBB. Renovation Realty is awesome. I had to move my parents out of California and renovation took care of everything. They emptied the house of all the junk. They took a smoke stained house and made it beautiful. They took care of putting it on the market and made it very easy for my parents. They got us the amount we wanted from the house and very reasonable with the cost of the repairs of the house. Rick, their construction manager, accompanied us to showings so that we had a good idea of what work was needed. Once we found the right place Griffin, their director of construction, made sure the remodel ran smoothly and on time. Renovation Realty made this seemingly daunting undertaking easy.
