Dr. Peter Chen and his entire staff are top notch flexible, accommodating and I found the service to be exceptionally warm and extremely pleasant. Saadiya is always so kind and professional to my family and has made us feel so welcomed from day one and most of all my daughter feels so comfortable with Dr. Chen and his wonderful assistants, I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for orthodontic treatment.Well just like that we are done!!! 15 months I will say it was a great experience for my daughter and I’m extremely happy with the great communication I had with Dr.chen throughout this process and staff and I am extremely happy with her final results her teeth look beautiful he did a great job!!! And I’m grateful for assistance like Maria she is so lovely, kind, & professional….thank you for always being so sweet to my daughter 🌸 we appreciate you! I highly recommend this office for braces.

Took my kids to their 1st ever dental appointment- age 4 years old and 2 years old. We saw Dr. Amy and she is the absolute best !!! She made both of my sons feel very comfortable , excited to be there, and explained everything very clearly to my husband and I . The hygienists were amazing ; as parents of small children , we were fully expecting tears and crying but so grateful to Dr. Amy and her wonderful team. Regarding the office- extremely clean, catered to children, very cute. We couldn't be happier ! Thank you Dr. Amy and team !

I had a mixed experience at this orthodontist. The staff are friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, I had repeated issues with the quality of the work.I got my braces put on here, and one of the brackets broke the same day. At my next appointment for a tightening, that same bracket broke again as soon as I got home. I went back the following day to have it fixed, but unfortunately, the issue continued—even after it was reattached, the bracket broke again shortly after, without me eating or touching it.While the team is kind, these repeated problems made me question the reliability of the work. I hope they can improve the quality of their bracket placement so other patients don’t have a similar experience.

Was referred here by my neighbor due to my son having issues with his teeth and let me tell you, the best experience ever! My son is on the spectrum and I let them know that from the beginning and when I tell you from the start with the First Lady and I'm so upset I forgot her name that took my son's X-rays, to the dental hygienist that cleaned his teeth to the dentist... amazing!! They told my son everything they were doing step by step. Dr Rob was amazing so nice and explained everything that needed to be done to me. Trust me, take your kids here!

Myself and my family have been using this dentist for the past dental years . From the time you walk in the receptionist are warm and inviting . The dentist and staff are always professional and thorough with their services . In my opinion this is what most businesses should model as a practice. I travel over 1 hour to use them as my dentist .

I would recommend the Scarsdale Pediatric Dentistry. In the past years, we had negative experiences at other pediatric dentistry, either poor service that was traumatic, or expensive services that wasn't covered by insurance. We have been going here about three years and it has been a wonderful experience. Everyone is so kind and welcoming and my boys love coming to the dentist. Thank you.

Another fantastic visit this year! The staff continues to be incredible - so patient, upbeat, and genuinely great with kids. From the arcade games to the fun flavored toothpaste and all the little prize rewards, they make every appointment feel exciting instead of stressful. My kids walk out smiling every single time. Everyone at this practice is so professional and warm. The hygienist was so funny and silly with my two sons and Dr. Amy was outstanding, as always. From the first person who escorted us from the waiting room to the examination area, through the cleaning and check up, every interaction was geared towards making children comfortable and at ease…I cannot recommend this practice more highly.
