Had an appointment yesterday but no one showed. I called 3 times and was told someone would get back to me. Finally received a call from Isaac explaining why he wasn’t aware of my appointment. He said he would call back to reschedule but never did! Very unprofessional!!!

Mr. Issac was a delight to work with..our wine carpet looks brand new. never had we have such brightness and we have had our carpet cleaned numerous times..we were contemplating wood floor..but that is on pause after cleaning.

I purposely let the gentleman clean 3 rugs just to see how the job was preformed and if there was a difference from the regular carpet shampooer i bought from home depot. And let me tell you there were huge differences. I had him finish the rest of the rooms and he didn't disappoint. He walked me through the drying time and instructions for what to do and it was great. The true test was after drying, is there going to be a soap film left on it . this was a common complaint i saw on reviews with other companies and there was none. Job was perfect, service perfect, timing was perfect, price was perfect. This company will be employed by us quarterly at this point and time. I highly recommend them.
