That’s it I have tried and tried with these people. I can go on and on. Has anyone else paid roughly $3500 for this company to help them with their credit building journey?.. I’ve been waiting for the owner to explain to me what service they have provided or planned to provide to me that’s worth $3500 so he sends a pre written service plan that he refuses to live up to and does not just ify 3500. and promised to call me back but didnt .. And I’m not gonna let them get away with this. I will make a whole Lotta noise. I have receipts. I have the entire list of our emails and or text messages. See for yourselves…. Communication has completely dried up. I have a late fee on one of my trade lines because I did not receive the invoice because I was told my virtual address (The cap ladder provided ) would forward my mail to my actual address. now, my business credit has an ugly scar.. . I’ve been left, abandoned, lied to etc…I take my business credit very seriously which is the reason I paid this company $3497, to guide me through the process ..So if you want your business to plummet, sign up with cap ladder.. Capladder is a disappointing platform. The interface is not impressive, just a collection of companies such as Uline and Home Depot. You can apply for credit lines on Capladder site or you can save yourself some money and do it yourself on the Uline and Home Depot site with the same results. The help provided is mostly updating your Dun and Dradstreet profile again something you can do yourself. The customer support is ok, but you the customer are doing most of the work if you can even get access to the site. False promises and lies not really sure what I spent my money on was better off watching Youtube and getting the same information. Save your time and money, and look elsewhere for better alternatives.

I worked with capladder through his iso development Network that he provides for brokering of Merchant cash advance deals. I have all of the legal documentation as a partner and closed a deal in which commission would be paid half upfront and half when it was paid off. Capladder did not reach out after the final payment and we contacted the owner Luis Hernandez as we keep track of our clients. Luis did not respond at first but we did get confirmation of the last commission payment from the direct lender. After presenting that we knew the last commission payment was paid, Luis contacted us back and told us he would pay the commissions to give him time. It’s been weeks and he has not responded. We are out of commission as we were conned by another MCA company with fake promises. They take ISOs and use people and don’t pay out commissions.
