Capladder did not reach out after the final payment and we contacted the owner Luis Hernandez as we keep track of our clients. Luis did not respond at first but we did get confirmation of the last commission payment from the direct lender. After presenting that we knew the last commission payment was paid, Luis contacted us back and told us he would pay the commissions to give him time. It’s been weeks and he has not responded. We are out of commission as we were conned by another MCA company with fake promises. They take ISOs and use people and don’t pay out commissions. Less
