Several months ago I needed a licensed electrician to install/repair some sticky GFI devices identified in a home inspection when I was selling my home. I called Alex and he came right out. It took him several trips to the house because of the unique parts which were required. He always told me in advance when he would return and was invariably prompt. On one occasion I was looking over his shoulder as he was replacing a GFI circuit breaker in my electrical box and I noticed he cut off the end and restripping the wire he had taken out of the old circuit breaker before reinserting in to the new circuit breaker (an extra step that wasn't really requited to my DYI way of thinking). He said many other electricians would probably have just stuck the old end end in to the new breaker, but there was always possible the end of the "old" wire may have been damaged by over tightening or something else. He said by taking a few extra seconds to strip a new end, he was sure the wire was "fresh" going in to the new breaker. That is just what I wanted to hear from an electrician who is working on my home's wiring - taking the extra step to make sure every thing is done properly. His price was very reasonable, he was very tidy and cleaned up after he was done and he went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right. Could not ask for more. Less

I had previous HVAC companies tell me i needed to rellace my AC unit but Alex looked at it and told me I just had to replace a part to it he has my AC up and going blowing cold air.
