She’s extremely disrespectful to small business owners. I asked her to refrain from using my business name in her posting, but she was unwilling to stop, then she insulted me because I have such a small business following. I’m still very new to wreath making, and I’m disabled, so I cant make wreaths as often as I would like, but I’m very proud of the following that I do have. ETA: I NEVER said I had been in business 10 years, show me where I said it. “GLAM” is a commonly used term, but not “Glam up your Door”. That was my issues using my whole business name, that’s all this was about. Most business people would understand that!! She didn’t, because she’s a Karen. I never harassed her, I stood up for my business, which anyone would do. Would you like me to use your business name? Be honest about something. I have all of our interactions. Show me where I said I had been in business 10 years!! I’m going to stand up for my brand, just like you’re doing, the difference is I’m not going to lie about it. You’re being up God, is this God like? You’re blatantly lying. I’ve sent you a cease and desist letter, all I’m asking is you stop using my business name, “Glam up your Door” not the word “Glam”. Her whole claim is that she didn’t know “Glam up your Door” was my business name, understandable, but she doubled down on not changing her post. I never lied. She could’ve simply changed her caption. She feels because I’m a small creator, she doesn’t have to. I’ll see her in court, and we’ll let the judge decide. I have receipts of every thing I said. She posted her numbers in her response, I don’t have those numbers but I’m proud of every single follower that I have. Not trying to destroy her business just standing up for mine. ETA Again: She’s a very spiteful, very vindictive. I sent her a cease and desist letter to stop using my business name and what does she do, she goes and uses a variation of my business name, which I also use for situations like this. I have obtained a lawyer. A person who claims to support small businesses and creators, is doing her very best to make it hard for someone just trying to make a name for themselves. She still has my business name on some of her posts, so we will be going to court. I will no be providing any more updates on this matter. Less
