OLEG did a great job, told me what the problem was with my Samsung oven and replaced the part. He was about to show me how to remove the oven door when the door latch got caught. He fixed it with ease but knew it was not something I could do so we agreed to no training. Very pleasant individual, focused on his work. I would highly recommend him. In addition to that Selle who took my call went out of her way to get a technician to come the day I called. Great overall service!
