I have lost an additional 5 pounds following maintenance and continue to enjoy an occasional “night out” dinner. I suppose if I am being honest, that I didn’t acknowledge how truly unhappy my weight had made me. I just wanted to fit back into my clothes. From Reno, 17 lbs in 30 days. I started with very good rhythm. Even though I can celebrate loosing those pounds, I'm I little frustrated because last week I got stuck and only lost like 2-3 lbs. It's been nearly 2 weeks since I began this program, and I am amazed. I have tried everything, mostly fads, always ending in disappointment. I’ve struggled with weight loss and was so curious when I heard about this program. I decided to give it a try and I’m so happy I did. You will get results with this program, but you have to stick to the plan. I'm down about 20lbs (with 20lbs to go), and I'm not quite 1/2 done with the program. It works if you are finally, actually ready to commit to losing weight and want to make changes to how you do things👍

I went through Spokane weight loss which is the same one as Reno weight loss. Best diet ever! I lost 20 lb in the first 30 days. You generally lose 1 lb a day! No cravings no tiredness it was amazing and I feel like me amazing. The drops are all natural and no stimulants! Loved it !!!

I still work full time as an office manager of a very busy government office. I routinely work 10 hour days. I have so much energy now. I work out when I get up in the morning. Go to work, power walk 3.5 miles on my lunch hour and do a water aerobic workout every evening. I am a gardening maniac on the weekends. My husband an I have a small farm so lots of work to do. I am so happy and grateful to have found this program. It changed the way I eat, but happily. It reset my metabolism, balanced my post menopausal hormones, tamed the inflammation in my body so I no longer have chronic pain.
