I had a hard time finding reliable local businesses for window installation, especially after unpleasant experiences with other contractors. After several appointments with other companies, Window Factory sales guy James stood out as the most genuine and straightforward, without aggressively pushing unnecessary services. I really appreciated his honest recommendations and transparent communication. Since we had quite a few windows and a door to install, we asked for a discount and they were reasonable and accommodating. Overall, it was a very good experience working with this team.

They provided competitive pricing and high quality replacements with adherence to the schedule promised. The people I dealt with at the company were forthright, helpful and true to their word. Our experience with The Window Factory from start to finish has truly been wonderful. James was our sales representative, he was extremely knowledgeable of the product he is representing and never did he pressure us into buying which is why we instantly chose to go with this company vs the other competitors. A few days later Hayley followed up with us to schedule Francisco to come to our home to measure. After a couple of months of waiting for our windows to be custom manufactured (another reason why we chose them) we got a call from Hayley to schedule our installation day. Hayley was really accommodating of our schedules. The friendly crew arrived on time on installation day, they prepped our home carefully and thoroughly. Francisco, Allen, Alex and Eddie worked efficiently together and most importantly they are extremely respectful of our home. They did an excellent job cleaning up as they go, never was our house a mess.Alex made sure we tested all the windows and answered any questions we may have had. Overall I’m pleased that my husband and I went with The Window Factory, Simi Valley and recommended them to anyone who is looking to replace their windows and sliding doors.

The Window Factory did an excellent job replacing my two sliding glass doors and one kitchen window. James, their salesman, came to my house and walked me through the process and my choices for window and sliding glass door replacements. James even met me at the warehouse to look at samples. I was replacing “French style” sliders and a window with a more open concept “prairie design.” The windows looked remarkably high quality. And James was very professional, detailed, and gave good explanations of the process and timeframe. A sales rep. from another window company came out to give me a competing bid and he fell short of James’ caliber.Later Francisco came out to do a detailed measurement, and he was the lead man in charge of the installation. He was friendly, informative, punctual, and answered all our questions.At the arranged time, Francisco’s team came out, each with their area of expertise. We watched the process which took about ¾ of a day from start to finish. They took out our old doors/window and installed the new ones. Then the detail guy did a fantastic job of professionally finishing each door and window, so they are very aesthetically pleasing. Then the crew cleaned up the area well before leaving. All of them were genuinely nice and respectful of our property.The windows and doors look wonderful. They open and close freely. The kitchen window slides both ways. And my home looks more open and modern. It’s like the backyard is part of our home now. I definitely recommend the Window Factory.For a before and after look, you can see the 7 photos of our old sliders and window from the inside and outside (wood/French windows trimmed in burgundy), compared with the final 5 photos of our new sliders and window (white double-paned in prairie style). It was such a huge difference, and a very good investment.

Since I replaced my windows and sliding doors with Window Factory products, my house is quieter, warmer in the winter, cooler in the summer.
