Thomas was an excellent realtor for our first home purchase. The discussions on the ins and outs of hoke buying as well as walking us through the different neighborhoods of San Diego was incredibly helpful. He was able to keep us grounded while at the same time helping us find a wonderful home and negotiate a fair price for us. But even more so, it's the care and attention after the offer was made that was invaluable. He walked us though all the paperwork and helped us line up services after the purchase was complete.
