One thing I really loved about this experience was that they worked as a team and supported each other like family. That, to me, shows character and value, which starts from the top down to the bottom. Alex did a great job and performed with high confidence due to knowing he had a great support system behind him. That, to me, made me feel very comfortable and welcoming for me to allow them to do what they had to do for my vehicle. They kept me updated with every move they did with my vehicle. I did a little research to ensure that Dent-pics was an established business in the area and wouldn't disappear (along with my "lifetime" warranty) before obtaining their services. They drove out to Arlington from Plano, met with me, then took my car themselves leaving me a loaner so I wouldn't be without. They kept in contact and returned every query I sent in a timely fashion. Once the work was finally approved by Insurance they were going to get me my car by June 1st. This was bad for me as I intended to car shop on May 31st and I asked if there was any way they could speed it up and complete by then. I got a call the morning of the 31st stating my car was finished. It looked amazing! That's what you call 5 star professional service. Thank you! Less
