5 STAR SERVICE Following a dementia diagnosis my mother was no longer to stay living independently in her bungalow. I needed a quick sale for the best price to pay for the care home costs. I chose Nightwood Estates as they were local, and I spoke at length with friend who had been very impressed with the service they received from Nightwood Estates. The marketing video was excellent, as was the promotion. The success of selling the property so quickly and at a good price came from the time he spent going door to door speaking to the neighbours and informing them of the property that was about to go on the market. He found the buyer at that stage and I accepted her offer. Throughout the process Joe kept me informed of the progress and I am very pleased to say that we completed on Friday.
