Honestly, with all my heart I would have to say that CRYO-Therapy is one of the greatest forms of therapy, recovery, cosmetic gain & I would go (2) two times a day if I was closer to someone honest. My personal issue with Chill Cryosauna is the fact that every other location that offers cryo-therapy better priced with package offers, as well as single Cryo session & even adding in other modalities they may have at their locations (because they are all medically trained! ) * let me refocus on that statement! * All other Cryo Locations are trained in some form of medical recovery/ therapy & training!* Some may choose to go here because they do not want to go to medical facility and they would choose to go to a spa type atmosphere. However, you will learn quickly that the Curt (one of the Owners) strongly believes in many products. As amazing as they may be; he, pushes direct sales on water softener systems, vitamins and more on to customers when they come in for treatment. ( this causes a lot of discomfort) This place is NOT a SPA type atmosphere! Some may agree it could be a huge turn off or some may say he is just marketing. I myself have been a victim of this behavior and has seen his networking skills in action Up Close & personal. It hits WRONG on many levels because you are already in a vulnerable position. ( especially as a female) 1. You are changing to get ready for CRYO session. So you are getting naked. 2. He is talking to you the entire time while getting naked. (Selling) 3. This is just a curtain (like a shower curtain) there are NO lockers to lock up Personal objects. As well as signs saying “You are responsible for you personal belongings” (also, you can actually peep through a bit if you angled yourself correctly) 4. You leave personal objects in changing area to do session. A) 3 changing areas. B) no metal allowed (jewelry, wallet, phone etc) All employees working & checking clients in at CHILL CryoSauna, are taking and logging a blood pressure and ask medical questions as well as taking a body temperature pre-and post treatment. Acting as if they are trained to even know what anything means ! With them even doing that they are taking on so much liability that I don’t even think these poor teenagers know or realize what position they are being put in. If something happens to a person in that facility it's only a matter of time that they will be flat on their back's! No one should be doing any kind of health assessment unless they are trained properly & carry a license to treat ! Absolutely, just disgusting, frustrating, mortified and the absolute worst kind of character even from somebody that has the nerve to claim they are retired military. SHAME! Less
