For the most part, Kurt and Aleah are excellent. They are friendly and accommodating. However, Aleah went ahead and put a different kind of filter in my aids without asking me. The new ones require me to come in to get them changed. Not very happy, wish she would've discussed this with me before doing it.

I was able to get an appointment at Rochester Beltone. I got some much needed service that had been Covid interrupted. Kent Baumgartner did a great job of walking me through the changes and sync that he did. Much appreciated help. NowI am having a great chance to hear better.
