I’ve been using One Time Dumpster for years, and I’ve always had a great experience with them. Their prices are reasonable, and their customer service is excellent. The drop-off drivers are always respectful and on time.What I appreciate most is that they ask exactly where you would like the dumpster placed instead of just putting it wherever is easiest for them. They make sure the dumpster is positioned exactly where you want it before leaving. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

Dumpster was both dropped off late and picked up late. It was dropped off in the wrong location, and they refused to move it when I asked it to be set right. Other dumpster companies have had no trouble accessing the desired location in the past.Edit:I am 100% sure this review is for the correct company, the attitude in the response is completely different from the attitude I was given at time of service.

Great communication, when I had any questions about the dumpster and timing of drop off and pick up. Delivery was excellent, he was very careful in a narrow driveway. Pricing was Unbeatable for the materials I had to toss away that’s why I pick Ontime Dumpster and will absolutely Rent again in the Future.

On Time Dumpster Service is awesome. Lavelle was very instrumental in assisting me on what size dumpster to rent. Once my decision was made I was informed of the arrival time verbally on the phone, and by email. Lavelle was accurate, we filled up the 15 yard dumpster. The driver who delivered the dumpster was very pleasant and made sure to inform us if we have any questions, or need the dumpster longer, or to schedule a pick up sooner to not hesitate and call.There's no hidden fees.
