On time dumpsters have been a lifesaver for me and my family. We have to clean my father's house out after he passed away. It's a very hard thing to do. And they have helped us so much. They brought the dumpster right on time, put it exactly where we wanted it. I needed to extend the time on it and they were great about it. No questions asked no problems no nothing just a yes. That's what I like to hear. Why are more companies not like this? Customer service is great LaBelle is a great person to talk to and work with, very understanding, nice person. If I ever need a dumpster again I will certainly call ON TIME. And if I have any friends that ever need one. I will certainly recommend them to on time because I think they're the greatest one that I've ever dealt with. I would highly recommend on time dumpster rental. I checked around and they were by far the lowest cost. They had the dumpster there on time. I came home from work and the Dimpster was there, just like i asked. That very night i started filling it up, finished filling it the next day. Small local team with good customer service. Accommodating with dumpster placement. Prices are available on the website which I appreciated, and seemed in line or cheaper than competitors. Dumpster was in good shape. I got a 15 yard and it took up about as much space as a SUV but held a ton of trash.

Exactly what we needed to do some much tree/yard cleanup. On Time Dumpster Rental dropped off the dumpster when they said they would and picked up on the scheduled date. I was also able to chat with someone about what exactly we could toss in there. They're also priced fair, we'll be booking another rental come fall time.

Overall great experience and easy to get ahold of someone when calling. They did drop our dumpster off at the wrong address initially but with a phone call they quickly were able to come back and move it!

Very responsive with answering questions and helping over their texting, able to deliver the next day to work around our street getting closed for construction. So nice to have a cleaned out garage and basement!
